Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, source and screen candidates through multiple channels, conduct initial candidate assessments, and coordinate interviews. Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers, work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements, ensure timely hiring closures, and provide a positive candidate experience.
Preferred Skills:
Strong sourcing and screening skills, good communication and interpersonal skills, hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn hiring, ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously, strong follow-up and negotiation skills, and a target-oriented, result-driven approach.
Eligibility:
Candidates with 2+ years of relevant recruitment experience who are available for immediate joining and can attend a face-to-face interview. Experience in end-to-end recruitment, job portals, LinkedIn hiring, candidate management, and stakeholder coordination is preferred.
