Job Description
Loadshare is hiring dynamic and energetic Field Recruiters to manage Rider Hiring and Recruitment Operations for clients including BigBasket, Blinkit, and Zepto. The role requires strong experience in bulk rider sourcing, field recruitment, lead generation, and candidate coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Handle bulk rider hiring and sourcing.
Manage field recruitment activities for delivery/rider positions.
Generate and manage rider leads.
Source and engage candidates for rider hiring requirements.
Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Support recruitment operations for quick commerce and delivery hiring.
Manage bulk hiring requirements while maintaining effective candidate pipelines.
Requirements / Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years of experience in Rider Hiring / Recruitment.
Experience with hiring for Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, BigBasket, FK Minutes, or similar platforms.
Strong experience in bulk rider hiring and sourcing.
Prior field recruitment experience.
Ability to generate and manage rider leads.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Experience in quick commerce or delivery hiring will be preferred.
Immediate joiners preferred.
