Job Description
F&F Consulting Services is hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Senior HR Recruiter with at least 5 years of recruitment experience. The ideal candidate should have experience in Education Industry Recruitment and be capable of managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for Schools, Colleges, Universities, Coaching Institutes, International Schools, Higher Education Institutions, and EdTech organizations. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for Education sector clients. Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, job portals, and social media platforms. Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability. Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates. Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and joining follow-ups. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing hiring requirements. Handle multiple open positions simultaneously while ensuring quality hiring. Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates. Achieve monthly hiring targets within defined timelines. Requirements / Candidate Profile Minimum 5 years of Recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience. Experience in Education Industry Recruitment will be preferred. Good knowledge of sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, and other job portals. Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines. Strong recruitment and candidate-management skills. Result-oriented approach with the ability to achieve monthly hiring targets. Qualification Bachelor's degree is mandatory. MBA (HR) is preferred.
