Buzzworks is hiring freshers, recent graduates, and interns for a Talent Acquisition Trainee role in Indiranagar, Bangalore. Position: Talent Acquisition Trainee. Experience: Freshers / Recent Graduates / Interns. Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore. Hiring for: Leading MNC Client. Hiring Model: C2H (Contract-to-Hire). The role is suitable for candidates who are interested in starting their career in IT Recruitment and Talent Acquisition. Key Responsibilities: Candidate engagement, IT sourcing, communication, candidate sourcing and screening, interview coordination, candidate management, and recruitment activities. Eligibility: Fresh graduates from any relevant degree or background who are interested in recruitment. Candidates should have good communication and interpersonal skills, a strong interest in IT Recruitment or Talent Acquisition, willingness to learn sourcing and screening, and be comfortable interacting with candidates and coordinating interviews. Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals, or MS Office is a plus. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good follow-up skills are expected. Immediate joiners are preferred.
