Job Description
Sea & Beyond is hiring an experienced Senior Executive to independently manage end-to-end payroll, statutory compliance, employee lifecycle processes, HR operations, and office administration. The role requires strong payroll expertise, hands-on HRMS experience, attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to manage HR and administrative activities independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll & Compliance:
• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll, including attendance, leave, incentives, reimbursements, deductions, and Full & Final settlements.
• Coordinate with Finance for salary processing and statutory payments.
• Ensure timely compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus, TDS, and applicable labour laws.
• Maintain statutory records and support audits and inspections.
• Handle employee queries related to payroll, taxation, and deductions.
HR Operations:
• Manage onboarding, employee documentation, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.
• Maintain employee records, HRMS data, and personnel files.
• Prepare HR MIS, reports, and dashboards.
• Support employee engagement, welfare activities, and HR policy implementation.
HRMS & Process Management:
• Ensure accurate and timely updating of HRMS and payroll data.
• Generate reports and support HR analytics and automation initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
Administration:
• Manage day-to-day administrative requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, maintenance, security, pantry, stationery, and office supplies.
• Support office infrastructure, seating, access cards, employee facilities, and events.
• Monitor vendor coordination, service requirements, and administrative expenses.
• Ensure smooth functioning of office facilities and timely support for business requirements.
Candidate Requirements:
• 4–8 years of experience in Payroll, HR Operations, and Administration.
• Strong experience in Payroll and Statutory Compliance.
• Good knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus, and TDS.
• Experience in HR Operations and Employee Lifecycle Management.
• Hands-on experience with HRMS and Payroll systems.
• Good knowledge of HR MIS and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to independently manage HR operations and administration.
