Position: HR Intern. Experience: . Location: Hyderabad, Telangana. Work Mode: Remote, with Hyderabad residency mandatory. Internship Duration: 90 Days. Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM. Stipend: ₹5,000 per month. QuantumKing is offering an HR internship for candidates interested in Human Resources and Recruitment. Key Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment and hiring activities, sourcing and screening candidates through various platforms, coordinating and scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates and conducting regular follow-ups, assisting with onboarding and joining formalities, maintaining recruitment trackers and HR records, coordinating with candidates and internal team members, supporting day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities, and assisting with other HR-related tasks and projects as required. Eligibility includes candidates who must be from Hyderabad, must be pursuing or have completed BBA, B.Com or MBA, possess good communication and interpersonal skills, have a strong interest in Human Resources and Recruitment, basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace, ability to work independently in a remote environment, and willingness to learn and take initiative. The internship provides hands-on experience in Recruitment and HR Operations, practical exposure to real-world HR processes, improved communication and candidate management skills, experience working in a professional remote environment, and an internship certificate upon successful completion.
