Job Description
Atmantan Wellness Centre is looking for a passionate and dynamic Learning & Development Manager to build a culture of continuous learning, growth, and performance, ultimately enhancing employee capabilities and guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. L&D Strategy
Design and execute an impactful L&D strategy aligned with Atmantan's business and people goals.
Build a strong learning culture focused on continuous development and performance.
2. Induction, Onboarding & Continuous Learning
Build structured induction and onboarding journeys for associates.
Develop continuous learning journeys that support employee growth and performance.
3. Leadership Development
Develop leadership capabilities across all levels, from emerging leaders to senior management.
Support leaders in building high-performing, accountable, and engaged teams.
4. Learning Needs & Skill Development
Identify skill gaps and translate them into meaningful learning interventions and development plans.
Strengthen service excellence, wellness knowledge, communication, and behavioural capabilities.
5. Learning Experience & Facilitation
Create engaging, experiential, and modern learning programs rather than relying only on traditional training sessions.
Develop internal trainers and establish a strong train-the-trainer culture.
6. Learning Effectiveness
Measure learning effectiveness through business impact, behavioural change, and performance outcomes.
Focus on measurable improvements in people capability and business performance.
7. Stakeholder Engagement
Partner closely with HODs and leaders to develop high-performing, accountable, and engaged teams.
Influence leaders and effectively engage employees at every level.
8. Culture Building
Champion a culture of continuous feedback, curiosity, ownership, and growth.
Create learning opportunities that help associates become better versions of themselves.
Candidate Profile
Experience in Learning & Development, preferably within luxury hospitality, wellness, resorts, or premium service environments.
Strong understanding of adult learning, facilitation, and leadership development.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Creative approach to designing memorable learning experiences.
Ability to influence leaders and engage teams across all levels.
Strong orientation toward people development and measurable business outcomes.
