The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment based on business requirements, understanding job specifications and coordinating with hiring managers and department heads, preparing and maintaining job descriptions, candidate forms, feedback forms and recruitment documentation, developing recruitment strategies and managing sourcing channels, maintaining weekly recruitment dashboards and hiring reports, tracking CVs received, shortlisted and rejected candidates along with interview stages, monitoring employee notice periods and proactively planning replacement hiring, building talent pipelines for critical and high-attrition roles, supporting campus hiring initiatives, identifying and managing recruitment consultants and agencies, providing market insights on talent availability and hiring challenges, managing HR operational trackers including attendance, leave and Mediclaim, supporting payroll-related HR activities and employee engagement initiatives, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees, and handling ad hoc HR projects and operational activities. The candidate should have strong end-to-end recruitment experience, including experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment in approximately equal proportion. Recruitment consultancy experience is preferred, while startup experience will be an added advantage. Strong sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills are required, along with attention to detail, problem-solving ability and the ability to manage multiple roles and ad hoc responsibilities. An MBA in HR or relevant qualification is preferred. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and a presentable, mature personality. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM and Saturday, 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
