Position: HR Business Partner (HRBP) – Gold Loan

The HR Business Partner will be responsible for managing and driving HR initiatives for the Gold Loan business, with strong exposure to sales and branch manpower, HRBP operations, employee engagement, performance management and business partnering. The role involves acting as a strategic HR Business Partner for the Gold Loan business, partnering with business leaders to understand manpower requirements and deliver HR solutions, managing the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, transfers, promotions, performance management and exits, driving manpower planning and workforce productivity across branches and locations, working closely with the Talent Acquisition team for bulk and critical hiring requirements, ensuring timely onboarding and effective deployment of sales and branch manpower, tracking and improving employee retention and attrition, driving employee engagement initiatives and addressing employee grievances, partnering with business teams on performance management, productivity and capability building, analysing HR and business metrics to provide actionable insights to management, implementing HR policies and processes, supporting organizational restructuring, transfers and internal movements, conducting regular connects with employees and business managers, coordinating with L&D teams for training and development initiatives, ensuring compliance with HR processes and statutory requirements, and preparing HR dashboards, MIS and business insights for senior management. Candidates should have relevant HRBP experience, preferably from NBFC, HFC, Banking or Financial Services, with strong exposure to Sales, Branch or Gold Loan business HR. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, strong understanding of manpower planning, employee engagement, retention and performance management, and the ability to work with senior business leaders in a fast-paced environment are required. Candidates with Gold Loan or Retail Lending HRBP exposure will be preferred.
