HexaTech Global is looking for experienced Workday Recruiting Consultants with strong hands-on expertise in Workday Recruiting configuration, business processes, security and production support to join the team. The role involves leading Workday Recruiting implementations, enhancements and production support engagements; gathering and analyzing business requirements from HR, Talent Acquisition and Recruiting stakeholders; and configuring and maintaining Workday Recruiting business processes including Job Requisition Management, Candidate Workflows, Interview Scheduling, Offer Management and Onboarding Integrations. Responsibilities include designing and configuring Recruiting Security Roles, Domains and User Permissions, evaluating Workday releases and recommending adoption of new features and functionalities, performing system testing, UAT support, defect resolution and deployment activities, and collaborating with integration teams on inbound and outbound recruiting-related interfaces. The candidate will also create functional specifications, test scripts, training materials and solution documentation, provide expert guidance and Workday best practices for recruiting process optimization, partner with HCM, Compensation, Security, Reporting and Integration teams, troubleshoot production issues, and support data conversion and migration activities. Required skills include strong hands-on experience in Workday Recruiting Configuration, Job Requisition Management, Candidate Lifecycle Management, Interview Management, Offer Generation & Approval, Career Site Configuration, Recruiting Security and Business Process Configuration. Strong knowledge of Core HCM, Position Management, Change Job & Termination, Custom Objects & Organizations, Workday Reporting & EIB is required, along with experience with Job Requisitions, Job Applications, Offers and Employment Agreements. Candidates should have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, a process-oriented and customer-centric approach, and the ability to work effectively as a team player.
