Millow is looking for a proactive and experienced Senior HR Generalist who can take complete ownership of HR, Recruitment, Policies and People Operations. The ideal candidate should be professional, confident and people-oriented, with excellent communication skills and strong knowledge of corporate HR practices. The role requires the ability to build teams, create strong workplace relationships and independently manage HR functions.
Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions, understanding manpower requirements and developing effective hiring strategies, sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding candidates, building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline, taking ownership of team building and workforce planning, and working closely with management to understand future hiring requirements. The candidate will also be responsible for creating, implementing and continuously improving HR policies, developing and standardizing HR processes in line with business requirements, ensuring employees understand and follow company policies, and managing leave, attendance, performance, disciplinary and other HR policies. The role also involves driving employee engagement and team-bonding activities, building a positive and collaborative workplace culture, organizing initiatives to improve employee morale and collaboration, understanding employee concerns and ensuring timely resolution, and promoting strong communication and relationships across teams.
The candidate will manage the complete employee lifecycle from joining to exit, handle employee grievances and workplace concerns, maintain employee records and HR documentation, support performance management and employee development, and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations and compliance. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of HR Generalist or HR Operations experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong knowledge of corporate HR policies and practices, proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, the ability to create and implement HR policies independently, strong people-management and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build teams and foster strong employee relationships. The candidate should be proactive, professional and highly organized, with the ability to take ownership rather than simply execute tasks.
