We're Hiring | HR Executive Location: IMT Manesar, Gurgaon Experience: 6 Months - 1 Year Salary: 20,000 - 25,000 per month Employment Type: Full-time We are looking for a HR Executive to manage recruitment, HR operations, administration, and day-to-day plant coordination. The ideal candidate should have good communication, coordination, documentation, and recruitment skills. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and joining. - Handle employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave, and HR records. - Maintain recruitment trackers, employee files, and HR MIS/reports. - Handle day-to-day employee HR queries and coordination. - Manage day-to-day administrative and plant operations. - Maintain plant documentation, registers, records, and files. - Coordinate with different departments for administrative and operational requirements. - Support facility, housekeeping, stationery, and general administration. - Ensure timely completion and proper filing of HR and plant documentation. - Perform other HR, recruitment, administration, and operational duties as assigned. Candidate Requirements: - 6 months - 1 year of experience in HR, recruitment, administration, or HR operations. - Good knowledge of recruitment and basic HR processes. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Good coordination, follow-up, and documentation skills. - Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office. - Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a plant/office environment.
