Key Responsibilities
Manage monthly PAN-India payroll processing, including attendance, leave, arrears, incentives, and variable pay. Maintain payroll master data for new joiners, exits, transfers, and salary revisions. Handle full and final settlements, gratuity, leave encashment, and notice recovery. Manage EPF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Shops & Establishment compliance, salary TDS, Form 16, and quarterly 24Q filings. Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements. Manage audits, compliance calendars, and statutory documentation. Prepare payroll cost MIS, headcount analytics, and manpower cost reports. Drive payroll automation and HRMS/payroll system improvements while maintaining strict confidentiality of employee compensation data.
Eligibility
Candidates with 6–8 years of experience in Payroll and Statutory Compliance, including at least 3 years of experience handling multi-state or multi-location payroll. Strong knowledge of PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus, Shops & Establishment, and Income Tax is required. Hands-on experience with payroll software is required, with ZingHR preferred. Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and reconciliation are required. Strong audit, documentation, and compliance management skills are preferred. Experience in Education, Training, Retail, Hospitality, or Services is preferred. Qualification may include CA Inter, MBA (Finance or HR), M.Com, B.Com, or BBA.
