Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and coordination, maintain inventory and stock records, and handle related documentation. Coordinate inward and outward movement of materials and ensure proper storage, organization, and stock management. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and suppliers. Manage office administration, office supplies, assets, vendor coordination, administrative records, reports, and documentation, while ensuring smooth coordination between departments. Support recruitment and interview coordination, maintain employee records and HR documentation, assist with onboarding and joining formalities, and coordinate attendance, leave, and other basic HR activities.
Eligibility
Candidates with 2–5 years of relevant experience in Operations, Administration, Warehouse Management, or related areas. Ability to independently manage multiple operational responsibilities and experience in inventory and documentation management are required. Basic understanding of HR operations and employee coordination, strong organizational and coordination skills, good communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office and reporting are preferred.
