Job Description
Position: HR Intern. Experience: Freshers, Students and Recent Graduates. Location: Hyderabad, Gachibowli. The role provides an opportunity to build practical experience across employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, payroll support, recruitment coordination, and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities: Support day-to-day HR operations and employee record management. Assist with onboarding, induction, probation tracking, and exit formalities. Prepare and maintain HR letters, employee documentation, and personnel files. Support payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and HRMS activities. Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and recruitment documentation. Assist in employee engagement activities, HR events, and internal communication. Prepare HR reports, trackers, and MIS. Support HR compliance, audits, and process improvement initiatives. Eligibility: Recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Strong interest in HR and people operations. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks. Ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively.
