Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Indian startups and product clients. Handle hiring across Tech, Product and Design roles. Source, screen and coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and drive timely closures. Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
Eligibility:
Candidates with 1+ year of end-to-end recruitment experience are preferred. Experience in Recruitment Agency, IT Staffing or an early-stage startup environment is required. Candidates should have hiring experience for Indian startups and product clients, with strong exposure to Tech, Product and Design recruitment. Primarily US or International recruitment profiles are not preferred. Candidates should have spent the last 1 year working in a Recruitment Agency or IT Staffing Company.
