ManpowerGroup India is hiring for an HR Business Partner (HRBP) role for Allianz Partners in Gurgaon. The role will focus on employee engagement, culture, employee relations, grievance management, HR business partnering, performance and talent management, and HR analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Drive employee engagement strategies and annual engagement surveys, analyze survey results and implement action plans with leadership teams, plan and execute engagement activities, wellness initiatives, rewards and recognition programs and team-building events, and foster an inclusive, high-performance and employee-centric culture. Partner with business leaders to improve employee satisfaction and retention. Handle employee grievances and workplace concerns, conduct investigations, recommend appropriate resolutions, maintain grievance trackers and ensure SLA adherence, support conflict resolution and provide guidance on disciplinary matters, and ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies. Act as the primary HR contact for assigned business units and partner with leaders on workforce planning, talent management and succession planning. Support organizational effectiveness, restructuring and change management initiatives while providing data-driven HR insights and recommendations. Drive performance management processes including goal setting, reviews and annual evaluations, support managers with performance improvement and development planning, identify capability gaps and coordinate with L&D teams for skill enhancement. Track and report HR metrics including employee engagement scores, attrition, employee satisfaction, retention metrics, grievance resolution TAT and participation in engagement programs.
Eligibility
Candidates should have 8–10 years of HRBP experience with strong expertise in employee engagement and employee relations. Experience in BFSI, Assistance Services, Shared Services, BPO, Operations or Service Industry environments is preferred. Candidates should have strong exposure to employee engagement surveys, action planning and culture transformation initiatives, excellent stakeholder management and employee relations skills, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and drive organizational change.
