Key Responsibilities:
Handle the end-to-end Background Verification (BGV) process. Maintain accurate employee records and documentation. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and support the smooth and timely processing of employee verification activities. Handle post-joining documentation and ensure relevant HR records are properly maintained.
Eligibility:
Graduate in any discipline. Freshers or candidates with 1 year of relevant experience can apply. MS Excel knowledge is mandatory. Strong written and verbal communication skills, good interpersonal and coordination skills, and willingness to work onsite at Viman Nagar, Pune are required.

Job Description
Position: Talent Acquisition Executive Experience: 6 Months ā 1 Year Location: Sector 126, Noida Work Mode: Work from Office Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to joining. Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, and other job portals. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports. Understand job requirements and source relevant candidates accordingly. Coordinate offer, documentation, and joining formalities. Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for current and future requirements. Eligibility: 6 months to 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Hands-on experience with job portals and candidate sourcing. Good follow-up and coordination skills. Graduate/MBA in HR or a related field preferred. Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
