Maxonic is hiring an experienced HR professional for a full-time Manager - HR role to drive end-to-end HR operations and partner with business leaders on people strategy, employee engagement, performance management, talent development and organizational effectiveness. Key responsibilities include managing HR operations and employee lifecycle, talent acquisition and workforce planning, employee engagement and employee relations, performance management systems at all levels, compliance, audits and HR policies, HRMS implementation and process automation, HR MIS and analytics, payroll and cross-functional coordination, employee insurance including GHI and GPA, and personal data and file management.
Key competencies include strong knowledge of HR Operations, PMS, Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations, Learning & Development, new labour laws and statutory compliance, HR audit and documentation, HRMS implementation and process automation, leadership and team management, stakeholder and vendor management, and strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. The role also requires the ability to work independently and interact effectively with senior management.
Eligibility includes an MBA from a Tier 1-2 college with 80% throughout academics, 8-12 years of relevant HR experience with strong HRBP exposure, strong leadership and team-handling capabilities, and experience across HR operations, performance management, talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, HRMS and HR analytics. Candidates should demonstrate integrity, accountability, discipline, professionalism, confidentiality and a positive, solution-oriented approach.
Salary: Up to ₹15 LPA, depending on current CTC.
Work Schedule: Alternative Saturdays.
