Key Responsibilities:
Cold call provided leads for Quick Commerce hiring roles.
Screen candidates and assess their suitability for available positions.
Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews.
Coordinate with HR Operations for candidate onboarding.
Maintain daily call logs and recruitment reports.
Follow up with leads to improve candidate conversions.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
6 months–1 year of relevant experience; freshers are also welcome.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Fluency in Hindi and English.
Knowledge of local languages will be an added advantage.
12th pass or Graduate in any stream.
Energetic and target-oriented approach.
Good candidate handling and follow-up skills.
