Job Description
Walplast / DryChem India Pvt. Ltd. is conducting a Walk-In Drive for an experienced HR professional to join its Business HR team at the Head Office in Mahape, Navi Mumbai.
The selected candidate will support the Sales Business HR function and will be responsible for employee engagement, employee relations, employee lifecycle management, HR operations, confirmation and probation processes, induction, exits, HR trackers, and coordination with employees and business stakeholders.
The role requires candidates with 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in Business HR, HRBP support, HR Operations, or Employee Lifecycle Management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Connect & Employee Relations
Conduct regular employee connects to understand employee needs and concerns.
Address and coordinate resolution of employee concerns and queries.
Maintain effective communication with employees.
Work closely with employees and business stakeholders on HR-related matters.
2. Confirmation & Probation Management
Manage the employee confirmation process.
Track employee probation periods and ensure timely completion of required actions.
Coordinate with Reporting Managers and HODs regarding employee confirmation.
Ensure HR actions related to probation and confirmation are closed within timelines.
3. Employee Exit & Separation Management
Coordinate end-to-end employee exit activities.
Ensure required exit-related HR actions and documentation are completed.
Coordinate and conduct exit interviews.
Track exit activities and ensure timely closure of pending actions.
4. Induction & Post-Joining Activities
Support the employee induction process.
Coordinate post-joining employee activities.
Ensure new employees receive appropriate HR support after joining.
Work with relevant stakeholders to facilitate a smooth employee onboarding experience.
5. HR Trackers & HR Action Closure
Maintain accurate HR trackers.
Monitor pending HR actions and follow up with relevant stakeholders.
Ensure HR activities are completed within defined timelines.
Maintain appropriate records related to employee lifecycle activities.
6. Stakeholder Management
Partner with employees, Reporting Managers, HODs, and HR stakeholders.
Coordinate with business and HR teams for employee-related requirements.
Provide HR support to the Sales Business HR function.
Ensure effective communication and timely resolution of HR actions.
7. Employee Engagement
Support employee engagement initiatives.
Participate in activities aimed at improving employee connect and engagement.
Support broader Business HR initiatives as required.
8. Business HR Support
Support the Business HR team in day-to-day HR activities.
Assist with HR Operations and employee lifecycle management.
Provide HR support to the Sales business/function.
Coordinate with managers and HR stakeholders on various employee-related matters.
Candidate Requirements
The company is looking for candidates with:
3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
Experience in Business HR / HRBP support is preferred.
Experience in HR Operations is preferred.
Experience in Employee Lifecycle Management is preferred.
Strong employee coordination and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with employees, managers, HODs, and HR stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple HR activities and ensure timely closure of HR actions.
Graduation in any discipline.
