Femcare Fertility is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join its growing team. The role has a primary focus on Talent Acquisition and recruitment, along with supporting HR administration and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Hiring – Primary Focus:
Understand manpower requirements from department heads.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with hiring teams for feedback.
Manage salary discussions and offer coordination.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Close open positions within agreed timelines.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
HR Administration – Secondary Focus:
Support attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
Handle employee documentation, joining, and exit formalities.
Assist with HR reports, MIS, and employee engagement activities.
Support compliance-related documentation.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in recruitment / HR preferred.
Freshers with strong potential may also apply.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
