Job Description
The company is looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and Talent Acquisition activities. Candidates must have relevant recruitment experience in FMCG, Cosmetics, Pharma, or Recruitment Consultancy industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment and Talent Acquisition activities.
Source and screen candidates through appropriate recruitment channels.
Coordinate interviews and assessments.
Manage stakeholder communication throughout the hiring process.
Handle candidate engagement, follow-ups, and onboarding coordination.
Maintain an effective recruitment pipeline and support hiring requirements.
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Required Skills:
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
Candidate sourcing techniques.
Interviewing and assessment.
Recruitment software / ATS.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of labour laws.
Multitasking and time management.
Preferred Industry Background:
FMCG
Cosmetics
Pharma
Recruitment Consultancy

Infinium Associates is hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage diverse IT, Non-IT, leadership, and GCC recruitment mandates. The role requires strong recruitment consultancy/search-firm experience along with hands-on sourcing, stakeholder management, and closure expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment mandates across IT and Non-IT profiles, with approximately 60% IT and 40% Non-IT hiring.
Drive Mid-to-Senior and Leadership hiring assignments.
Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing and screening through offer closure.
Manage diverse recruitment mandates across IT, Non-IT, leadership, and GCC requirements.
Build strong candidate pipelines through effective sourcing strategies.
Manage stakeholders and ensure timely closure of open positions.
Handle client interactions and recruitment requirements where applicable.
Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Metaview, and similar tools to support recruitment activities.
Requirements:
Strong experience in 60% IT and 40% Non-IT recruitment.
Proven experience in Mid-to-Senior and Leadership hiring.
Recruitment consultancy / search firm experience is mandatory.
Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and candidate closure skills.
Client handling experience will be an advantage.
Gulf/GCC hiring experience will be an added advantage.
Exposure to AI recruitment/productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Metaview is preferred.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
