Location: Manesar, Gurugram
Salary Budget: Up to ₹8 LPA (CTC)
Qualification Required: Master of Social Work (MSW)
Job Overview:
We are hiring a Senior Executive - HR to oversee HR operations, payroll processing, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP HR, payroll taxation, statutory compliance, and employee lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, TDS calculations, and documentation.
- Maintain SAP HR operations and update employee master data.
- Handle PF and ESIC challan processing, return filings, and statutory compliance.
- Drive employee lifecycle activities from onboarding to exit management.
- Prepare HR MIS reports, maintain personnel files, and manage HR records.
- Support statutory inspections, labor compliance, and internal HR audits.
- Coordinate with finance and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Master of Social Work (MSW).
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP HR and payroll modules.
- Solid understanding of TDS, PF, ESIC, and Indian labor laws.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and HR MIS reporting.
- Excellent English communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Prior experience in the Auto Parts Manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
