Job Description
GSS HR Solutions is hiring an experienced Employee Benefits / Accounts Payable professional for a managerial role with one of its leading clients. The position will be responsible for managing employee benefits transactions under Hire-to-Retire (H2R), end-to-end Accounts Payable operations, accounting and reconciliations, discrepancy resolution, stakeholder management, MIS reporting, compliance, and process improvement. The role will also involve managing a team of approximately 15–20 members.
Key Responsibilities
Manage employee benefits transactions and processes under H2R / HR Operations.
Oversee end-to-end Accounts Payable activities, including invoice and payment processing.
Manage accounting, reconciliations, and resolution of financial discrepancies.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for process and transaction-related issues.
Ensure timely resolution of discrepancies and operational issues.
Manage stakeholder communication and ensure effective service delivery.
Prepare and analyze MIS reports, benefits dashboards, and operational metrics.
Monitor SLAs, audit requirements, internal controls, and compliance processes.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage and mentor a team of 15–20 members.
Ensure process adherence, quality, accuracy, and timely completion of deliverables.
Support audits and maintain appropriate process documentation and controls.
Candidate Requirements
9–10+ years of relevant experience in Employee Benefits, Accounts Payable, HR Operations, or Shared Services.
Strong hands-on experience in Employee Benefits Administration.
End-to-end Accounts Payable experience, including invoice processing, payment processing, accounting, and reconciliation.
Mandatory experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Experience with H2R / HR Operations and Shared Services environments.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience preparing MIS reports and benefits dashboards.
Good understanding of SLAs, audits, internal controls, and compliance.
Proven team management experience with a team size of 15–20 members.
SAP HCM / SAP FICO experience will be preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
Ability to work effectively in a US Shift environment.
Qualification
Graduate in Commerce, Finance, HR, or an equivalent discipline.
