Job Description
Spectrum Talent Management is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end domestic recruitment and internal hiring across IT and Non-IT functions. The role will be responsible for sourcing, candidate management, interview coordination, offer closures, pipeline development, and maintaining recruitment quality and turnaround time.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Handle internal hiring requirements across IT and Non-IT functions.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, employee referrals, and other channels.
Screen and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and organizational requirements.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups.
Manage offer negotiations, closures, documentation, and joining formalities.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future requirements.
Handle multiple open positions while maintaining recruitment TAT and quality.
Develop effective sourcing strategies for niche and volume hiring requirements.
Maintain accurate recruitment MIS, trackers, and candidate records.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Candidate Requirements
2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
Strong hands-on experience in domestic recruitment.
Proven experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment.
Prior experience in internal / corporate hiring.
Good knowledge of sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good negotiation, coordination, and candidate management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
Strong follow-up skills and focus on recruitment timelines and quality.
