The organization is looking for an experienced OPT Recruiter with strong knowledge of US IT Staffing and OPT candidate recruitment. The role will focus on sourcing and managing OPT candidates, end-to-end recruitment activities, candidate engagement, negotiation, and supporting hiring requirements during US business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end OPT and US IT recruitment activities.
- Source OPT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Identify and engage suitable OPT candidates based on client and job requirements.
- Screen candidates and assess their skills, experience, and suitability.
- Manage candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate interviews and support candidates through the hiring lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong OPT candidate pipelines.
- Handle candidate negotiations and support offer closures.
- Maintain candidate records, recruitment trackers, and hiring MIS.
- Work towards recruitment targets and timely position closures.
- Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Candidate Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in OPT / US IT Recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of US IT Staffing and OPT candidate recruitment.
- Strong sourcing and candidate management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of US IT recruitment processes.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Target-oriented approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Ability to work during US business hours / night shift.
- Willingness to work from office in Kukatpally, Hyderabad.
