Job Description
Xpheno is looking for an experienced HR professional to take ownership of end-to-end HR operations and partner closely with business leadership. The role will cover HR business partnering, employee lifecycle management, recruitment, payroll coordination, compliance, performance management, employee engagement, benefits administration, and HR process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders and managers on HR and people-related matters.
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities from onboarding to exit.
Drive recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
Handle employee relations and support resolution of workplace concerns.
Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely completion of payroll-related activities.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies.
Drive Performance Management System (PMS) processes.
Prepare HR analytics, dashboards, MIS, and leadership reports.
Drive employee engagement, culture, and retention initiatives.
Manage employee insurance and benefits administration.
Oversee administration, facilities, and vendor management activities.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies and processes.
Identify opportunities for HR automation and process optimization.
Maintain accurate HR records and HRMS data.
Provide HR guidance and support to employees and stakeholders.
Candidate Requirements:
8–10 years of experience in HR Operations / HRBP.
Strong knowledge of HR compliance and employee lifecycle management.
Hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
Experience handling payroll coordination, employee benefits, and HR operations.
Hands-on experience with HRMS, MS Excel, HR reporting, and dashboards.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
High ownership and ability to manage multiple HR functions independently.
