Samplify is looking for an experienced HR Team Leader to lead its HR team and manage recruitment and HR operations. The role requires strong leadership, communication, people-management, and organizational skills, with the ability to drive hiring targets and ensure smooth employee lifecycle management in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the HR team to achieve recruitment and HR objectives. • Manage end-to-end recruitment and ensure timely closure of open positions. • Allocate tasks, monitor team performance, and track recruitment targets. • Guide, mentor, and support HR executives and recruiters. • Conduct interviews and assist with candidate evaluation and selection. • Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities. • Handle employee queries and resolve HR-related concerns. • Monitor attendance, leave, and other day-to-day HR operations. • Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and MIS. • Drive employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture. • Prepare regular HR reports and performance updates for management. • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment and HR processes. Eligibility: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations. • Proven experience in leading, motivating, and managing an HR team. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. • Target-oriented approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Strong people-management and team-coordination skills. Additional Details: Location: Gurgaon, Haryana Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month Employment Type: Full-Time Function: Human Resources / Recruitment Work Mode: Work From Office
