Job Description
2050 Healthcare is looking for an HR Business Partner to manage HR operations while supporting business growth, customer care, and business development initiatives. The role will act as a bridge between employees, management, and operations, with responsibilities spanning HRBP, employee relations, business support, customer experience, and local marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
HR & HRBP:
Manage recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, documentation, and employee records.
Handle employee queries, grievances, discipline, and workplace concerns.
Coordinate manpower planning and employee performance with department heads.
Drive employee engagement and maintain HR MIS reports.
Partner with management and operations on people-related matters.
Act as a bridge between employees, management, and operational teams.
Business & Sales:
Support business growth initiatives in coordination with Business Development and Operations teams.
Handle patient/client enquiries and follow-ups.
Support customer conversion, retention, and business targets.
Assist teams in achieving business and service objectives.
Customer Care:
Handle patient and attendant enquiries professionally.
Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the service journey.
Resolve customer concerns or escalate them to the appropriate teams.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Marketing & Business Development:
Support local marketing, promotional activities, campaigns, and outreach initiatives.
Assist with lead generation and maintain customer/business contacts.
Participate in business development activities.
Support customer acquisition and local business growth initiatives.
Candidate Requirements:
1ā3 years of relevant experience in HR / HRBP roles.
Strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
Good knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work closely with department heads and operational teams.
Customer-oriented approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to support business development and customer-facing activities.
Healthcare / rehabilitation industry experience is preferred.
