Role Description - The Human Resources Payroll Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Venkateshwar Hospital in Dwarka. This role oversees end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable laws and hospital policies. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining employee payroll records, coordinating attendance and leave data, managing statutory deductions and benefits, and resolving payroll-related queries. The role also supports HR operations by implementing HR policies, assisting with employee onboarding and exits, and partnering with finance on reconciliations and reports. The manager collaborates closely with HR leadership to improve payroll processes, enhance employee experience, and support a fair, transparent compensation framework. Responsibilities include Leave and Attendance Management, Execution of end to end payroll process including pay rate change, allowance change, LOP, verification of bank account and PAN number, OTP input, stop salary and stop salary release. Managing Full and Final settlement for separated employees, issuance of clearance form, initiation of FnF process post submission of completed clearance form by employee and sharing input advice with third party vendor. Overseeing Unit HR Dashboard, MIS, and Attrition Analysis. Managing all trackers like C&P, Registration, and providing relieving letters and experience letters to the employees. Handling attendance, reimbursement, and medical insurance benefit related queries. Ensuring timely submission of all mandatory compliances like PF, ESI, Actuarial, and ensuring 100% accuracy in Payroll. Core competencies include strong HR management skills, knowledge of Employee Benefits, Employee Relations, statutory compliances, grievance resolution, ability to maintain HR Policies related to compensation and attendance, proficiency in payroll software and HRIS tools with solid skills in MS Excel, understanding of labor laws, taxation, social security regulations in hospital settings, excellent numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and cross-department collaboration.
