Job Description
CodeChavo is hiring IT Recruiters to join its growing recruitment team in Noida. The role focuses on end-to-end IT recruitment and staffing activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, technical hiring, client and candidate coordination, interview management, and successful position closures.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end IT recruitment and staffing activities for assigned requirements.
Understand technical job requirements and identify suitable candidate profiles.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, and role requirements.
Demonstrate good understanding of technical roles and IT hiring requirements.
Conduct initial candidate discussions and assess communication, experience, and suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates, clients, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Handle client and candidate communication over calls and support effective requirement coordination.
Coordinate interview feedback, offer discussions, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and upcoming IT requirements.
Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and hiring-related documentation.
Manage multiple recruitment requirements while meeting defined hiring targets and timelines.
Work toward successful closures with a target-oriented and proactive approach.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Eligibility: Only candidates with 1–2 years of relevant IT recruitment experience should apply. Freshers will not be considered.
Preferred Profile: IT Recruiters with 1–2 years of relevant experience and strong hands-on exposure to IT staffing, candidate sourcing, screening, client and candidate coordination, and recruitment closures. Candidates should be proactive, target-oriented, comfortable communicating over calls, and willing to work from the Noida office.
