Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day recruitment operations and ensure smooth execution of hiring activities. Drive end-to-end recruitment activities from requirement understanding through candidate joining. Handle client requirements and coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders. Develop sourcing strategies using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms. Drive hiring targets and ensure timely closure of open positions. Monitor recruiter performance, productivity, TATs, and recruitment deliverables. Track recruitment MIS, hiring progress, and team performance metrics. Support and guide recruiters in sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and closures. Ensure regular candidate follow-up and improve joining conversion. Coordinate interview schedules, feedback, offer discussions, and joining formalities. Maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, recruiters, and internal stakeholders. Identify recruitment challenges and implement suitable actions to improve productivity and closures. Manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously while meeting defined timelines. Provide regular recruitment updates and performance reports to management. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
