Candidate Requirements and Experience: Candidate should have experience in recruiting for Engineering Services - Oil & Gas. Must have experience with Engineering Services recruiting specifically in domains like Oil & Gas, Wind Energy (Offshore/Onshore), Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Aerospace, Industrial, Biomedical, Geological, Marine, Materials, and Systems Engineering. Preferred recruiting experience across Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Geological Engineering, Marine Engineering, Materials Engineering, Systems Engineering, Wind Power, Solar Energy, Hydropower, Wind Energy, Offshore Wind Engineering, and Onshore Wind Engineering. Key Responsibilities: Must manage full-cycle recruitment, build active candidate pipelines, and partner closely with hiring managers. Experience in end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment. Lead and enable the end-to-end onboarding process, managing candidate documentation and internal coordination. Actively utilize recruitment tools and techniques such as job boards, social media platforms, employer branding, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Strong communication skills and technical understanding required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight hiring deadlines. Work Setup: Office based role only, located at PRIMROSE 7B, Embassy Tech Village, Sarjapura – Marathahalli ORR, Devarabeesanahalli, Bengaluru – 560103, Karnataka, India. Immediate joinees preferred.
