Job Description
ARK Solutions, Inc. is hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the growth of its India team. The role involves full-cycle recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, offer negotiation, candidate engagement, and confirmed joining. ARK Solutions is a staffing and recruiting company with an India delivery center in Sector 62, Noida.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and confirmed joining.
Source and attract active and passive candidates through job portals, professional networks, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines across Recruiting, Marketing, HR, Operations, Accounting, and other corporate functions.
Conduct candidate interviews and assess skills, motivation, communication, stability, career interests, and overall fit.
Verify practical hiring details including shift preferences, location, notice period, compensation expectations, and availability.
Identify potential red flags, inconsistencies, and candidate concerns through effective questioning and assessment.
Engage and influence candidates throughout the recruitment process and effectively manage candidate expectations.
Drive offer closures and reduce offer drop-offs through regular follow-ups and candidate engagement.
Maintain accurate and updated candidate information in the ATS.
Provide clear candidate assessments and hiring recommendations to stakeholders.
Coordinate with hiring managers and internal teams to ensure timely movement of candidates through the recruitment process.
Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring-related documentation.
Support continuous improvement of sourcing, screening, assessment, and candidate engagement processes.

Work Mode: Hybrid ā 1 Week Onsite + 3 Weeks Work From Home

Mandatory Requirements:
Experience in full-cycle recruitment across multiple corporate functions.
Hands-on experience with ATS platforms; JobDiva experience will be preferred.

Good understanding of the Noida / Delhi-NCR talent market.
Excellent English communication skills and strong professional judgment.
Willingness to work onsite in Noida Sector 62 during the 6:30 PM ā 3:30 AM IST shift.
Preferred Profile: Recruitment professionals with strong end-to-end hiring experience who can identify quality talent beyond resumes, effectively assess candidates, influence and close offers, and maintain a strong candidate pipeline across diverse corporate functions.
