HR Talent Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced AGM ā HR Operations for its Hyderabad Corporate Office. The role requires strong expertise in HR operations, manpower outsourcing, staffing, payroll, statutory compliance, invoicing, billing, team leadership, and client operations. HR Talent Solutions operates as a recruitment, staffing, manpower outsourcing, payroll, and compliance solutions provider.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations across assigned business and client accounts.
Oversee manpower outsourcing and staffing operations to ensure smooth workforce management.
Manage end-to-end payroll and salary processing activities.
Ensure accurate and timely payroll inputs, salary processing, deductions, and related documentation.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies.
Coordinate PF, ESI, labour law, and other statutory compliance activities.
Manage invoicing and billing processes for staffing and manpower outsourcing operations.
Coordinate with clients to ensure timely and accurate billing and documentation.
Lead and mentor the HR Operations team and ensure effective execution of processes.
Manage client operations and build strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
Monitor workforce-related issues and ensure timely resolution of employee and client queries.
Maintain HR MIS, payroll reports, compliance records, billing data, and operational dashboards.
Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement across HR operations.
Coordinate with internal teams including recruitment, payroll, compliance, finance, and business operations.
Ensure adherence to defined SLAs, operational processes, and service standards.
Provide regular operational updates and reports to senior management.

Mandatory / Preferred Requirements:
10+ years of relevant experience in HR Operations.
Strong experience in HR Operations, Manpower Outsourcing, Staffing, or Workforce Management.
Strong hands-on expertise in payroll and salary processing.
Sound knowledge of statutory compliance and applicable labour laws.
Proven experience in invoicing and billing for staffing or manpower outsourcing operations.
Strong team leadership and people management skills.
Experience managing client operations and client relationships.
Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Profile: Senior HR Operations professionals with strong experience in manpower outsourcing, staffing, payroll, statutory compliance, invoicing, billing, and client operations. Candidates who have successfully led HR Operations teams and managed large-scale workforce and client operations will be preferred.
