Job Description
The TriTech Innovation Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic MBA students who are interested in building their career in Human Resources. The position is an HR Intern opportunity for MBA students with an HR specialization preferred. The internship duration is 3 months and the role is based in Hyderabad with an on-site work mode. Freshers and students can apply. Key responsibilities include assisting with recruitment and talent acquisition, coordinating interviews and candidate communication, supporting onboarding and employee documentation, maintaining HR records and reports, assisting with employee engagement activities, supporting day-to-day HR operations, and assisting the HR team with various HR initiatives. Candidates should have good communication and interpersonal skills, strong coordination and organisational skills, a willingness to learn, a basic understanding of HR concepts, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. The internship will provide hands-on experience in HR Operations and Recruitment, practical exposure to a professional work environment, an opportunity to develop communication and people-management skills, and valuable experience for a future career in HR.
