Job Description
Impetus Career Consultants is hiring a hands-on Team Lead β Non-IT Recruiter to lead Non-IT recruitment operations and drive bulk and volume hiring across Sales, Business Development, Operations, Customer Support, and other Non-IT functions. The role requires strong team-handling, target management, stakeholder coordination, sourcing, and recruitment closure capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Non-IT Recruiters.
Drive bulk and volume hiring across multiple Non-IT positions.
Manage recruitment for Sales, Business Development, Operations, Customer Support, and other Non-IT roles.
Own the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interview, selection, offer, and joining.
Allocate recruitment requirements among team members and monitor delivery against defined TATs.
Develop effective sourcing strategies to build a strong and consistent candidate pipeline.
Monitor daily team productivity, interviews, selections, offers, and joining numbers.
Track recruitment targets, TATs, productivity, quality, and closure performance.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and guidance to team members.
Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and priorities.
Build and maintain strong candidate and stakeholder relationships.
Ensure timely communication and follow-ups throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Maintain recruitment MIS, pipeline reports, closure data, offer-to-join ratios, and productivity metrics.
Identify recruitment challenges and implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, and closure ratios.
Ensure multiple hiring requirements are managed efficiently while maintaining recruitment quality.
Support continuous improvement of sourcing and recruitment processes.

Mandatory Requirements:
4β5 years of recruitment experience with strong exposure to Non-IT hiring.
Proven experience in bulk, volume, and target-driven recruitment.
Strong hands-on experience in Sales/Business Development and Operations hiring.
Prior team handling/team leadership experience is mandatory.
MBA/PGDM qualification is mandatory.
Strong sourcing, screening, candidate management, and recruitment closure skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage recruitment targets, TATs, and team productivity.
Preferred Profile: Hands-on recruitment leaders with strong Non-IT and volume hiring experience who can manage and mentor a recruitment team, handle client/stakeholder requirements, drive sourcing strategies, and consistently deliver quality closures within defined timelines. Candidates with a highly target-oriented and execution-focused approach will be preferred.
