Job Description
Creative People is hiring an experienced HR Manager to lead the overall HR function for an advertising/creative agency environment. The role will focus on talent acquisition, people and culture, strategic HR, performance management, employee development, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should understand the fast-paced agency environment and have strong experience in recruitment, talent quality, employee engagement, people development, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment across departments and experience levels.
Build and maintain strong, high-quality talent pipelines.
Partner with leadership and department heads to develop effective hiring strategies.
Personally drive senior, critical, and key hiring mandates.
Guide and mentor junior HR team members.
Strengthen interview processes and improve candidate experience.
Shape and strengthen organizational culture and employee experience.
Act as a trusted bridge between employees and leadership.
Drive employee engagement, team-building, retention, and culture-building initiatives.
Conduct employee feedback sessions and pulse checks.
Proactively identify and address workplace concerns and employee relations matters.
Lead the overall HR function with a focus on quality, accountability, and business alignment.
Develop workforce strategies aligned with organizational growth.
Build and improve HR processes, systems, policies, and documentation.
Manage employee communications and maintain accurate HR records.
Drive structured performance reviews and feedback processes.
Identify high performers, capability gaps, and development requirements.
Support managers with performance management and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
Coordinate learning, workshops, training, and people development initiatives.
Oversee onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
Manage employee insurance and HR vendors.
Ensure smooth and professional employee offboarding.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
Ensure compliance with applicable HR policies and statutory requirements.
