Aforeserve.com Limited is looking for an HR Executive to join its team in Noida, Sector 8. The position requires 1.5-3 years of experience in HR Recruitment or Talent Acquisition, with preference given to female candidates. Immediate joiners are preferred. The HR Executive will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups. The role will involve sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels and coordinating with hiring managers to understand and fulfill recruitment requirements. The selected candidate will also support HR Operations activities including employee onboarding, employee documentation, attendance management, and maintenance of HR records. Additional responsibilities include maintaining recruitment trackers and HR reports, assisting with day-to-day HR activities, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. Candidates should have good communication and interpersonal skills, strong candidate coordination and follow-up abilities, and practical experience in HR Recruitment or Talent Acquisition. Some exposure to HR Operations is preferred. Immediate joiners will be given preference. The position offers a CTC of up to ₹30,000 per month. Experience: 1.5-3 Years. Location: Noida, Sector 8.
