HiImpact Consultants Private Limited is hiring enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns to join its growing Human Resources team. This opportunity is suitable for MBA HR students and recent graduates who are passionate about recruitment, eager to learn HR operations, and looking to gain hands-on exposure to the recruitment industry. The position is based in Sector 2, Noida and offers a stipend of ā¹15,000 per month. Candidates pursuing an MBA in HR, preferably in their final year, or recent MBA HR graduates can apply. The HR Intern will assist in candidate sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels. Responsibilities include screening resumes, scheduling interviews with shortlisted candidates, coordinating interview processes, following up with candidates, maintaining recruitment trackers and candidate databases, and managing HR MIS. The intern will also support onboarding activities and HR documentation while learning and contributing to end-to-end recruitment and HR operations. Candidates should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes, and a proactive and detail-oriented approach. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment. The internship provides hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, an opportunity to work closely with experienced HR professionals, and exposure to real-time hiring across the healthcare industry. Candidates will also have the opportunity to develop practical HR and recruitment skills. A Pre-Placement Offer may be provided based on performance during the internship.
