Position: HR Executive

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and support recruitment, employee engagement, attendance, payroll coordination, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
- Oversee employee onboarding, documentation, joining formalities, and induction.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and monthly MIS reports.
- Manage attendance, leave tracking, shift schedules, and regularization processes.
- Prepare monthly payroll inputs, attendance reports, salary sheets, and handle payroll queries.
- Support statutory compliance activities including PF, ESIC, TDS, LWF, and PT.
- Manage employee grievances, engagement activities, celebrations, and employee relations.
- Coordinate with external vendors/agencies and support performance management initiatives.
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in HR operations and end-to-end recruitment.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, HR documentation, and basic payroll/statutory compliance.
- Prior experience in the Healthcare / Hospital industry is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
