Madiha Dongarkar is hiring an experienced and proactive HR & Admin Executive based in Mahim, Mumbai. The role operates within the Engineering and Manufacturing industry. The professional will be responsible for managing day-to-day human resources functions and workplace administrative operations. On the HR front, duties include executing end-to-end talent recruitment for technical and non-technical profiles, liaising with department heads regarding manpower planning, candidate sourcing via diverse portals, screening, interview scheduling, and conducting onboarding and joining formalities. The executive will maintain personnel files, update employee databases, oversee attendance and leave tracking, coordinate with accounts and payroll teams for monthly salary disbursement, and support statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, PT, and TDS. The position also involves resolving employee grievances, driving engagement and training programs, compiling HR MIS reports covering attrition, headcount, and hiring metrics, and enforcing organizational policies. Under the administrative purview, the candidate will oversee office facility management, housekeeping, pantry, security, and general maintenance. Additional tasks include managing office stationery and supplies, coordinating with vendors for quotations and agreements, managing travel and accommodation logistics, and ensuring overall smooth daily office operations.
