Job Description
Accenture Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring experienced Talent Acquisition professionals for its Global Talent Acquisition team in Mumbai. The role involves managing global recruitment activities, stakeholder and client management, people management, escalation management, and end-to-end talent acquisition operations. Opportunities are available across different career levels based on experience and responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end Global Talent Acquisition activities across assigned requirements.
Partner with business leaders, clients, and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and recruitment priorities.
Drive candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and offer management.
Manage stakeholder and client relationships to ensure effective recruitment delivery.
Handle recruitment-related escalations and ensure timely resolution.
Manage and mentor Talent Acquisition team members where applicable.
Monitor recruitment performance, hiring metrics, and delivery timelines.
Ensure effective communication and coordination with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Maintain recruitment data, reports, trackers, and process documentation.
Ensure adherence to defined recruitment processes and organizational policies.
Support continuous improvement of Global Talent Acquisition processes and hiring strategies.

Shift: US Shift ā 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM
Working Hours: 9-Hour Shift
Working Days: 2 Weekly Offs

Career Levels:
CL-8: 10+ years of experience in Global Talent Acquisition with strong people management, client management, stakeholder management, and escalation management experience.
CL-9: 8+ years of experience in Global Talent Acquisition with strong people management, client management, stakeholder management, and escalation management experience.
CL-10: 5+ years of experience in Global Talent Acquisition as an individual contributor, along with strong stakeholder management experience.

CL-10 candidates should have strong hands-on Global TA experience as an individual contributor along with stakeholder management expertise.
