Job Description
Vefes is hiring an experienced and proactive Senior HR Manager to lead the end-to-end HR function for a fast-growing Solar EPC organization. The role will be responsible for recruitment and talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, performance management, employee relations, HR operations, policy implementation, and coordination across project sites and office teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
Manage employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
Oversee attendance and leave management processes.
Coordinate payroll processing and ensure accurate payroll inputs.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Drive performance management and appraisal processes.
Manage employee relations, engagement, and workplace concerns.
Implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
Manage day-to-day HR operations and administration.
Coordinate HR activities with project sites, office teams, and management.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Lead and mentor the HR team and ensure effective delivery of HR processes.
Provide strategic HR support to the Director and business leadership.
Support HR process improvements in a fast-paced and growing organization.

Qualification: MBA / PGDM – HR or equivalent; Top 30 University/College preferred

Preferred Profile: Male candidates with strong hands-on HR experience, preferably 10+ years as specified in the ideal candidate profile. Candidates should have strong knowledge of HR operations and statutory compliance, proficiency in HRIS/HRMS systems, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong leadership and team-management capabilities.
