Position: HR Executive
Location: South Extension Part 2, New Delhi
Work Mode: Work From Office (Full-Time)
Experience: 2 - 3 Years
Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 per month
Role Overview:
Erekrut is seeking a proactive, organized, and candidate-focused HR Executive to handle end-to-end recruitment and core HR operations at our South Extension office in New Delhi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing to successful onboarding.
- Screen profiles, conduct initial telephonic/face-to-face candidate assessments, and shortlist potential hires.
- Coordinate interview schedules, manage communication pipelines, and ensure positive candidate experiences.
- Maintain employee documentation, personnel files, and compliance-related HR records.
- Facilitate seamless onboarding formalities and assist with driving employee engagement activities.
- Handle day-to-day HR operational queries, policy implementations, and general administrative support.
- Prepare internal HR MIS reports, trackers, and maintain accurate employee databases.
Key Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills.
- Proactive and people-oriented approach with ability to multi-task efficiently.
