Job Description:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, candidate follow-ups, offer coordination and onboarding.
• Manage day-to-day HR operations, employee records, documentation, attendance, leave management and employee data.
• Handle HR generalist activities, employee engagement, induction, policy implementation and employee queries.
• Manage PF and ESIC-related processes, documentation, employee queries and statutory compliance requirements.
• Maintain HR trackers, MIS reports and other HR documentation.
• Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies, procedures and employee-related activities.
Requirements:
• MBA in Human Resources is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR Recruitment, HR Operations and Generalist activities.
• Knowledge of PF and ESIC processes is required.
• Good communication, interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
• Candidate should be willing to work from Pune.
