Role Overview:
Chaitanya is seeking an organized HR & Admin Coordinator based in Rajgurunagar (Pune) to manage regional HR operations, recruitment, employee records, and administrative discipline across operations in Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, and Chhattisgarh. This role relies heavily on structured documentation and organized tracking systems to maintain operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute full-lifecycle talent acquisition—sourcing candidates via job portals, social networks, and referrals, and conducting initial resume screening.
- Facilitate end-to-end recruitment logistics, candidate assessment, final selection, and new joinee onboarding.
- Oversee leave management, attendance tracking, and monthly payroll support operations.
- Maintain employee record-keeping, personnel files, and documentation using organized Google Sheet-based tracking systems.
- Manage employee exit formalities, offboarding documentation, and clearance processes.
- Address employee grievances, provide operational guidance, and foster positive employee relations across regional teams.
- Maintain administrative discipline, HR compliance, and structured documentation standards across regional branches.
Key Requirements:
- Prior hands-on experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, and General Administration.
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, MS Excel, and structured tracking/record-keeping tools.
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment, payroll inputs, attendance management, and onboarding/offboarding.
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and cross-team coordination capabilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in regional languages (Marathi/Hindi) and English.
