Job Description
Right Human Resource Associates is hiring an HR Talent Acquisition professional for an on-roll position with an Asset Management Company in Mumbai. AMC or Asset Management Company experience in Talent Acquisition is mandatory for this position. Priority will be given to candidates who are currently or previously handling Talent Acquisition within an AMC or Asset Management Company.
The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions, understanding manpower requirements from business stakeholders, sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants and internal databases, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, managing candidate pipelines, offer rollout, salary negotiation and joining follow-ups. The professional will also coordinate with hiring managers and internal HR teams, prepare recruitment MIS and hiring reports, achieve recruitment TAT and quality hiring targets and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Candidates should preferably be graduates or MBA in HR with strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Strong sourcing and screening capabilities, end-to-end Talent Acquisition experience and the ability to manage multiple mandates and closures simultaneously are required.
