Job Description
Right Human Resource Associates is hiring an HR Talent Acquisition professional for an off-roll position in Mumbai. The position requires 2-3 years of Talent Acquisition experience, with BFSI industry experience being mandatory. The selected professional will manage recruitment activities for assigned positions and work closely with business stakeholders and internal HR teams.
Key responsibilities include understanding manpower requirements, sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants and internal databases, screening candidates based on role requirements and organisational fit, coordinating interviews and feedback closure, managing candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers, handling offer rollout, salary negotiation and joining follow-ups. The role also includes candidate engagement, coordination with hiring managers, preparation of recruitment MIS and hiring reports and ensuring recruitment TAT and quality hiring targets.
Candidates should preferably be graduates or MBA in HR with strong communication and interpersonal skills, good stakeholder management capabilities, strong sourcing and screening skills and end-to-end Talent Acquisition experience. Candidates should have a good understanding of BFSI and Financial Services hiring and the ability to manage multiple recruitment mandates and closures simultaneously.
